Mary Bragg is a self-taught artist whose love and passion for painting is fueled by her innate need to create. Born and raised on the Gulf Coast in Mobile, Alabama, her creativity has also been influenced by time spent living in Nashville, Los Angeles, and, most recently, the English countryside. This young artist is continuously exploring new techniques and themes in her artwork using a mix of media; with oils being her favorite. Her most recent body of work is inspired by the shapes, scenes, and colors she finds in her meditations. She views the creation of art as a wildly spiritual and otherworldly practice. Mary considers her husband and his family of artists as some of her most influential teachers in her artistic journey. “They are forever inspiring me to continue learning, enjoying the process, and expanding the boundaries of my artistry.”
